Carter is one of those happy go lucky guys, loves life, very sweet. He hasn’t been with our rescue long, he came here with his sister who has already found her new family. He really catches the attention of everyone because he is so handsome! He is still a puppy at just over a year old, he has a lot of love to give! Carter is a great boy and we wish him a long, healthy and happy life! Thanks to everyone involved to give Carter his second chance!
