Our Purple Leash Event is held the first Sunday of every November.  The purpose of our event is to raise awareness for the pets of victims fleeing domestic violence in addition to providing temporary foster care for clients who are being hospitalized and don’t need the worry of who will care for their pets during recovery.  Our rescue has also working with Mental Health to assist clients who will be away temporarily and need help to care for their pets.
