Fonzie is loved by so many people! He has entertained us with many of his funny little antics while at his foster home. The many pictures of him kept us all excited to see what the next day would bring.
We contacted his Alabama foster to ask if she could share some background on little Mr Fonzie and this is what she had to say…”Fonzie is a hairless chi/chinese crested that came to City of Mobile Shelter as a stray in April.

Tiny Wendy has found the perfect place to call home!

No words needed to see the joy in this adoption. Welcome to your new family Jaxon!! Thanks to his fosters and his adopters for sharing your lives with Jaxon!

Justin – approx 30 lbs, 3-4 yrs, is such a happy, laid back guy!  He was successfully treated for heartworm and he gets along with dogs, adults, not tested with kids or cats.  With his personality, we feel he would be the same, happy boy.  He just loves to hang out, he’s no trouble whatsoever!

Adorable Charlie has been patiently waiting for his family to find him. He arrived her with his sister Cassie, they were found in a shelter with no hope. We don’t know why such a handsome and well mannered buy like Charlie ended up there.
He is such a great boy, easy going, friendly…..we are thrilled to post his adoption pictures today! Thanks to his foster family and his adopters for seeing how perfect he is and giving your hearts to Charlie. Thanks!

Nixon is a charming gentleman! This independent boy is described by his current foster mom as nothing short of perfect. Nixon offers the best of both worlds, he can be calm, sweet, and snugly, or he can be energetic and playful. While this boy enjoys his quiet time it has been reported that he can go to town with a tennis ball, and he enjoys a good run at the dog park. You would never realize from the description above that this boy is blind. He lives life to the fullest and enjoys everything this world has to offer him. Nixon loves his walks and even manages to walk in an extremely straight line, only relying on you to warn him when a possible tripping or bumping hazard is in front of him.
He loves other dogs and kids but has yet to be introduced to cats. His foster mom had this funny story to share that shows the happy and playful character that Nixon is:
“At the dog park the other day he knew there were some dogs around him playing with each other and he thought he was running around with them and was very excited…except he was in a different area. He had no idea though.”

Foster is a charming boy who was just waiting for the right person to give him the love and home he always wanted. He is now one happy dog enjoying life!

Betty Boop – 4-1/2 months old – mini poodle mix – spayed, up to date on all vaccinations – who doesn’t love puppy breath!

Dallas, a young lab who was on death door at the shelter, he was skin and bones and had an injury to his foot which is now healed. He will be looking for a family of his own!

Caymen is an older yorkie mix male, Black and Tan, approx 10 years old, 13.6 lb. He loves to sleep up under a blanket, is house trained and likes to run out to do his business and run back in the house for some more home comfort! He is a very social little guy, he loves both adults and children.
