We love it when we see the lives of our dogs living the life they should have! Brady fell in love with his new family and love was in the air! Brady, his siblings and his mom were found in a high kill shelter. They were out of time. Thanks to a volunteer, they were pulled and safely placed into foster care. Brady is the last in this little family to find his forever home, we are thrilled for him! He has a wonderful life ahead of him. Thanks to everyone who helped Brady get his Happy Ending, he deserves this!
Toby – Adopted – Mar 3/16
Sweet Toby needed a new home a few weeks ago and he was welcomed by his foster family until we could help him find his forever home. Today he walked into the hearts of his new family and had no reservations about his home. He tested out the kitchen chair because he has been known to have a peak at what’s on the table or to enjoy some height to see what’s going on outside. Toby was soaking up the attention and was right at home! Thanks to everyone who helped Toby get his Happy Ending!
Fozzie – Adopted – Feb 29/16
Fozzie is our Leap year adoptee who now has his forever home. His new family were drawn to Fozzie because he is older and less than perfect eye sight. They wanted to help a rescue who had a disability…. sadly Fozzie is not able to see as well as he used to. He is one handsome little guy with so much charm and personality. We are all very happy for him to have his happy ending. Thanks to everyone who helped Fozzie get his second chance!
Oliver – Adopted – Feb 28/16
Oliver came in to our rescue only a few short weeks ago. Five minutes was all it took for his foster family to know that he was a keeper and would become a permanent member of their family. He shares a very loving home with his fur-brother Jack and CKAR permanent foster BamBam. He has appointed himself as the craft room supervisor in charge of ribbons and has settled the dispute over who gets the biggest bed….the dogs have quit arguing. We wish Oliver and his new family a long and happy life together.
Petey – Adopted – Feb 27/16
Petey didn’t have to wait long for his forever family to find him. His new mom fell in love with him as soon as she met him and Petey was pretty happy too! He has a new cat buddy who doesn’t mind spending a little time with Petey. This little boy loves life and it shows in everything he does! Thanks to everyone who helped Petey get his second chance!

Susie – Adopted – Feb 26/16
Susie went from being tossed outside to live without shelter to living the dream! This little sweetheart was being given away when her former owners didn’t want her because she was not a purebred whatever. She was put outside to stay and thankfully one of our volunteers found her and the rest is history. Susie is one very loving, sweet little girl. Her new family have big plans to spoil her silly and make her the princess of their home! This is the life we hoped for her and grateful she is getting her dream. Thanks to everyone involved with helping Susie get her second chance!
Cookie – Adopted – Feb 21/16
Cookie was found on a free ad site with her 3 little sisters. They lost their owner and were tossed outside to live. Thanks to one of our volunteers, we were able to get this little girls and place them into our foster program. Cookie is a little shy when she first meets new people. She met her new older sister today who really likes having a little sister. Cookie has a warm, loving home to call her own now. Her new mom let her know that today would be her new birthday and on her future birthdays she could expect to celebrate in a big way! She has homecooked food to look forward to and a whole lot of love! Thanks to everyone who helped Cookie get her second chance!
Zoey – Adopted – Feb 21/16
Sweet Zoey met her new family today and this little girl has no worries for the rest of her life. Zoey and her little friend Buddy lost their home and came into our foster program. Because they are older, they had little to no interest in the shelter. Buddy found his forever family and it was just a matter of time before Zoey had her Happy Ending…..today was her day! She met her new brother who is a former foster with our rescue. Her new brother is a little camera shy so his picture substituted for the new family photo. 🙂 Thanks to everyone who helped Zoey get her second chance!
Harry – Adopted – Feb 18/16
Handsome Harry walked into his new home and made himself right at home! He took to his new mom right away and she is ready to cater to his every need! Harry had a very rough start when he was found in a high kill shelter. He had little to no fur, serious eye infections. Thanks to his foster mom he did very well and showed us all what a cool little guy he is! Harry has a unique little personality and has not let his past affect his future. He has a wonderful, spoiled life ahead of him and we couldn’t be happier……have a great life Harry!
Toronto – Adopted – Feb 14/16
Toronto became someone’s Valentine today and he now has today as his official birthday! This adorable little guy was surrendered by his former family, no reason given other than he had to move. Toronto got his wish for a new family today, he knows how to pull on the heartstrings! Belly rubs and meeting his new cousin Louis (another CK adoptee) were on the agenda. These two will become walking and play buddies once Toronto is settled in hiw new home. Thanks to everyone who helped Toronto get his Second Chance!
