Bubba is small shih tzo/ peke mix, approximately2- 3 yrs old who recently entered our foster care program. He is a very sweet little guy, a bit timid and fearful if you reach over him to pet him, but he really wants to be held and loved. And that won’t be hard to do with this little cutie! Minnie Pearl is a pug mix puppy – born in April 2012, weighs approx 6 lbs and will be looking for her own family! She is neutered, up to date on puppy vaccinations and microchipped. Rabies will be given when she is old enough.
Georgia is a pug mix puppy – born in April 2012, weighs approx 12 lbs and is looking for her own family! This little cutie recently arrived into our foster care program. She is sweet, friendly, sociable, not sure about walking on a leash as she lives most of her young life in a kennel. She has an underbite that makes her all the more adorable! You see pearly white teeth against her black face. Sweet girl!
Little Suzie came to our rescue recently with her other little family members, Ruthie and Willow. This girl has had a rough life, we suspect she was used as a breeder dog and then tossed away when her usefulness was over. She stayed in long distance foster care for many months where they patiently worked with her to help her come out of her very shy shell. Suzie has made great strides to overcome her fears and is going to remain a permanent resident in our foster care program.
Gracie is an older yorkie girl who we were told is very sweet! We were not leaving her behind and had her placed into long distance boarding until recently when we moved her into our foster care program. She weighs 5 lbs and is approximately 8-10 yrs old. This little girl is as cute as they come and has a lot of spunk for her age!
Achillies is a small yorkie male, approximately 3 yrs old, 7 lbs. He recently came into our foster care program and we are getting to know him better. What we do know is this little guy loves to gives kisses!
Scout is the brother to Charlie, they were both pulled from a high kill shelter. He is approximately 9 weeks old and will be coming into our foster care program soon. More updates will be posted!
Jenever has a Shar Pei look but she is super soft and very much like a shepherd. She is wonderful, very smart, polite, humble, a wonderful girl.
Jenever was heartworm positive when he had her pulled from the shelter. We made sure she got the treatment needed to ensure she could live a long happy life! This girl is a gem! She listens very well, stays close by, friendly, …..enjoys taking a ride. She absolutely loves the water and will hop in any kiddy pool available! Jenever is currently in our foster care program and is patiently waiting for a home of her own.
Meet Harley! This very sweet girl was found tied up in a yard where she had been sitting for the last 6 months. Luckily she was rescued by a very nice lady who convinced the owners to let her take her. Unfortunately the lady’s own dog did not like Harley so she is now in our foster care program
Bonnie is a young brindle mixed breed girl of approximately one year old and weighs 47 lbs. She is currently in our foster care program. Her foster family tell us that Bonnie is a very laid back girl for her age, gets along with other dogs, doesn’t both with cats, she is a very sweet girl!
