Sweet little Jesse is celebrating his second chance! He recently arrived to our foster program and this loving, handsome little guy captured the hearts of his new family right away. He has two little buddies to hang out with who think he is one special little dog! We are all very happy for Jesse and wish him a life filled with love, patience, and plenty of hugs!
