Mandy is one adorable little chi girl! She found herself without a family and sitting in a shelter. Her former owner was called off to duty and being 9 years old, she was not at the top of the list for adoptable girls. We moved Mandy into our foster program and today she is celebrating a new life with her new family who were very excited to meet her! She has a wonderful life ahead of her and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks to everyone who helped little Mandy with her second chance!
