Smokey came to CK Animal Rescue as a stray cat found outside in the cold. She adjusted quickly to life indoors and showed her fun, sweet personality. This wonderful girl has now found her forever home, complete with a brand new cat tree and toys, as well as a great view. We are so thrilled that Smokey is getting the happy ending she deserves!
Penny – Adopted – July 26/20
Pretty little Penny was welcomed into her new home with open arms! She is the sweetest little girl who loves to get belly rubs and chase squirrels. She came to us a few months ago and has been a wonderful guest while we waited for her perfect family to find her. Penny will get many walks and her new mom said Penny is now the boss.

Jack – Adopted – July 19/20
Jack came to our foster program a few months ago right before the pandemic. He is a wonderful little guy with personality plus! He loves to play ball, that gets him so excited and now that he has a huge back yard to play ball, he will keep his new family very busy! Jack made himself right at home when he met his new family and sister. His sister Zoey was also from our rescue. She recently lost her brother and was hoping her family would bring her a friend. Jack is a perfect fit to help Zoey through her grief. We love love connections! And look forward to future updates on this great adoption.
Max – Adopted – July 18/20
Max is a cute little guy who recently came to our rescue’s foster program. A nice lady took him in from a situation that was not so great for him and contacted us. Max is a heart breaker! This boy has confidence oozing through his little body, he is one cool dude! Max fit right in with his foster family and has a big brother and older sister to teach him a few puppy manners. Have a great life Max you deservie it! We look forward to updates!
Cassie – Adopted – June 30/20
Cassie is one of the sweetest cats you could ever hope to meet! She was found wandering alone outside the casino and was brought to our foster program. She warmed the hearts of her foster family and became one of them right away. Have a great life Ms Cassie!
Nellie & Nala – Adopted – June 28/20
Nellie and Nala lost their owner in 2019 and these sweet girls had to find a new home. Thanks to a great foster mom, they were welcomed and cared for while we waited for their forever home. They met their family and being cats were feeling a bit overwhelmed at another change in their lives. Nala found a spot under the sofa and Nellie went upstairs to explore. Their new family were very excited to welcome these girls into their family and we know they have a lot of love coming their way! We are excited to hear updates as they settle in
Chloe – Adopted – June 27/20
Shy little Chloe met her new family and gave her paws up on her new home! She has had some changes over the past year and now she has found her forever family who were over the moon in love with her. Chloe has many happy days in her future filled with lots of love! We wish her and her family all the best and look forward to heard some updates!
Ella – Adopted – Mar 22/20
Ella came to our foster program a few months ago, her life has not always been easy. From timid unsure little girl to happy in her daddy’s arms, she is feeling loved and secure. We are all very happy for Ella and wish her many years of love, walks and car rides that she loves!

Theo – Adopted – Mar 12/20
Theo found himself in a kill shelter in Quebec and recently came to our rescue’s foster program. He a funny playful chubby little guy who was waiting for a family to love him and his wish came true! Thanks to everyone who helped Theo get his Happy Ending!
Choupette – Adopted – Mar 7/20
Choupette found herself in a kill shelter and came to our foster program a few months ago. This little girl is very fond of men and likes to hang out watching TV or going for walks. She met her new family and you can see Choupette is going to be a daddy’s girl! Update was she was snoring in the bed under the covers happy as a little bug in a rug! We wish this sweet girl all the best for a long, happy, loved life!
