Penelope is so adorable! When she meets anyone, she expects to be fussed over and she freely gives lots and lots of kisses! This little girl was found unwanted in a high kill shelter. When you look at her face how could anyone not love her. Penelope has a wonderful life ahead of her where she will be heading to work with her new mom to give her a hand in the office. She is excited to be meeting more new people in her new life. Thanks to everyone who helped Penelope get her second chance!
