Penny was skin and bones when she was found with another dog wandering around a garbage dumpster. One of our volunteers contacted us and asked if we had room otherwise her future would come to an end. She was found starving, and very scared of everything and everyone. Thanks to the love and patience of her foster families she gained the trust she needed and put on some weight to show how beautiful she is – Penny is a beautiful soul! She is now sister to Gunner, one of our other rescues who was fortunate to find a great family! These dogs have hit the jackpot and we are thrilled! Thanks to everyone who helped Penny’s dream come true!
