Sometimes that special adoption happens for one of our dogs and you just want to shout it out from the rooftops to celebrate….this is one of those times! Brandy came to us a mere 39 lbs. We were told she had lived most of her life in an undersized crate, and she had bad teeth causing her not to be able to eat much at all. Those bad teeth came out and this girls’ appetite picked up and she is now a stunning 90 lbs! One of her favourite things to do when she meets you is to roll on her back to get a tummy rub and she will take it all in as long as you are willing to give this girl plenty of love! Brandy has come so far in this journey, it’s a magical moment for all of us to see the love connection the moment it happens. This is one of those wonderful moments we are proud to share! Thanks to everyone who played a part in helping this beautiful girl find her forever home!

Harper has been welcomed into her new home today and we are all very excited for her! She’s happy, bouncey, ready to run and play with her new dad. Her energy matches his active lifestyle, a perfect match! Thanks to everyone involved with Harper’s Happy Ending, this is a beautiful beginning to a great life!

This very handsome guy didn’t take long to find his new family, and we are so happy for him! Ty is a wonderful, very handsome collie who lose his previous owner and found himself on his own. He is the most gentle souls, so calm and sweet natured. He walked in to meet his new family and the world was good. 😉 Thanks to everyone who made this Happy Ending possible!

These two little senior lovebirds are back together since coming to our rescue. Thanks to everyone involved to make this special Happy Ending come true for Ariel and Harley!

Mitzy is a girl who was found and later surrendered to the shelter where we found her. She is a gorgeous girl with a happy, bubbly personality to match! She is a success story in that she was successfully treated for heartworm before moving to our foster program recently. Today is a very special day for her as we celebrate her special day – her adoption! Her new family fell in love with her picture and knew she was the one for them. Thank you to everyone involved who made this happy ending for Mitzy possible!

Little Doogie was was found wandering alone for several days. Every attempt was made to locate his former family to no avail. Doogie was scooped up into the loving arms of his new family soon after he became available for adoption. He is a very well behaved little guy, loves being with people and enjoying life. We wish him a lifetime of happiness! Thanks to everyone involved who made this new beginning possible for Doogie!

Peppy is one of those special cases that touches everybody’s heart. He was found laying in the front yard of a home. Volunteers came to his rescue and rallied to save his life. He had a broken leg that could not be repaired. Peppy lost his leg but that has not stopped him from being a happy little guy, wanting to be loved and willing to take a chance. He was officially welcomed into his new home today. This boy is truly loved and will never have another worry in the world. Thanks to everyone involved who gave Peppy this second chance. There are many people who know this little guy and are thrilled to see his Happy Ending!

Sonny is one lucky dog! His foster family decided he was already home and made it official! He is really enjoying being an “only kid” and getting all the affection and love. Sonny has made himself right at home and knows he doesn’t have a care in the world now. Thanks to his foster family in Iowa for giving him the love and care for many months and to the other volunteers who helped make this happy ending possible! Sonny deserves it!

Little Stewart and his brother Benny were brothers in a litter where the owner was not able to sell them. They were surrendered to the shelter. Thanks to volunteers, they were pulled and placed into foster homes until we could get him moved to our rescue. Stewart is fun, very playful, full of energy and very sweet! He knows today was his lucky day, he has a big brother and sister now and a new mom who has a wonderful life planned for him! Thanks to his foster families and his adopter for giving Stewart a second chance!

We are all very proud to announce the adoption of a very special boy, Keller. At only one year old, he has faced the challenges of being blind, partially deaf and learning to cope in many new situations. Keller is loved by all of us, he has a family who met him last week and fell in love with this adorable guy. He has a wonderful life waiting for him, we wish him and his new family all the best. His new mom wanted to hug and hold him the entire time, we look forward to getting many updates and pictures of Keller. Thanks to all the foster families and his adopters for giving Keller this wonderful opportunity!
