Max was found in a rural shelter where the animal control would go out every few days to feed and water any dogs kept there. Volunteers worked very hard in the area to find fosters for the dogs. Max was the last guy at this shelter. Sadly he was going to be destroyed so the animal control in that area didn’t have to bother going to this shelter for one dog. Max had a family, and was surrendered because the grandkids of his former owner kept taking him off his chain. Max can leave those dark days behind because he has a wonderful family who were so anxious to welcome him into their hearts and home. Max has come a very long way to get his Happy Ending and we are couldn’t be happier! Thanks to everyone who made this miracle possible!
