Oscar was a terrified little boy when he first went into foster care, it took his long distance foster mom several days to earn his trust. Once he arrived, he started to come out of his shell. He still needs some time and his new family promised to give him all the time he needed. He is very much loved and it was evident when Oscar entered his new home. He took a quick walk around and settled in the arms of his new mom and took a nap. We are all so happy for him. Thanks to everyone who helped Oscar find his second chance!
