Rocky is a very special boy. He has overcome a lot of fears and anxiety in his young life and now has the confidence to move on in this next leg of his life’s journey. He is loved by many people who have touched his life and we are grateful for those who saw the beauty in his soul. Rocky is a champion in our eyes!
